Pros: professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, communicative and responsive, and great listening skills. Cons: location may be a bit out of the way for some if on the northside of Indy, but well worth the drive in my opinion. As a medical professional myself, I look for providers with high standards of care and professionalism that are “down to earth” in their demeanor. I felt Anna was easy to talk with right away. I was very comfortable discussing my health goals and addressing my concerns. She listened and partnered with me; so I felt supported. She took time to explain benefits and risks and advise on realistic outcomes that can be expected. So far, I am feeling great about my services and plan on continuing care for the long term. I also want to mention that Jason has also been very welcoming and professional. He is responsive with calls and questions, so communication has been great. Overall, just a good group and highly recommend.”
