What is your cancellation policy?2022-10-24T10:59:00-04:00

We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to cancel or postpone your treatment. Please understand that such changes affect not only our staff but our other clients as well, and we therefore request your courtesy and concern.  If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 72 hours to notify us of the cancellation.  Should we receive less than 72 hours of notification, or should you fail to keep your appointment, your credit card may be charged for the visit.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and we decide whether the fee is applied.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the 72 hour deadline, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your credit card. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed, which includes telemedicine visits.

THERE CAN BE NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES ALREADY PROVIDED. If a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed.  Should you wish to discontinue your treatment during a series, credit for the unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended and may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Bion Aesthetics and Med Spa.

There will be no refunds on any product or service after 30 days.

We ask that you call or email the front office for scheduling or general questions.

How do I request a prescription refill?2022-09-30T15:41:11-04:00

For prescription refills, your Bion practitioner may require an appointment depending on how long it has been since your last appointment with them. If your practitioner is willing to call in a refill, it may take up to 72 business hours to process the request. Please plan ahead to make sure your medications do not lapse.

Are you available for medical emergencies?2022-10-11T15:50:00-04:00

We are not available for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 and/or go directly to the nearest emergency room (ER).

Monday – Thursday: 10:00AM – 6:00PM
Friday – Sunday: Closed

Can my Bion Nurse Practitioner also function as my PCP?2022-09-30T15:35:47-04:00

No, we do not offer this service to clients. You will need to establish, or continue care with a PCP outside of Bion Aesthetics and Med Spa

No, we do not accept insurance. We accept cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

There is financing available to you through Advance Care for many types of procedures. Advance Care is a third-party credit services company designed for medical centers. Through them, you can stretch out your payments, making your costs very manageable through low monthly installments.
