Female sexual enhancement
Scream Cream is a medication for the enhancement of the libido in women. This medication is applied externally to the clitoris as well as other areas of the female genitals. It is transdermal, meaning that it can be effectively absorbed into the skin after application and used locally around the body tissues without entering the bloodstream. The main function of Scream Cream is to enhance the blood supply around the sites that it has been applied to. It also enhances the sensitivity of the female genitals and improves the chances of achieving an orgasm.
Erectile dysfunction treatment
PRP Man Shot™
A non-invasive treatment, the Man Shot™ boosts male sexual function and treats male erectile concerns such as erectile dysfunction, size and shape issues, and erection-related pain. Using growth factors taken from the patient’s own blood, the Man Shot™ works for men with sexual dysfunction issues and healthy men who desire a boost.

Erectile dysfunction treatment
Sildenafil is used to treat men who have erectile dysfunction (also called sexual impotence). It belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. These medicines prevent an enzyme called phosphodiesterase 5 from working too quickly. The penis is one of the areas where this enzyme works. By controlling the PDE5 enzyme, sildenafil helps to maintain an erection once stimulated.
Erectile dysfunction treatment
Tadalafil is used to treat male sexual function disorders such as impotence or erectile dysfunction-ED. In combination with sexual stimulation, tadalafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis to help achieve and maintain an erection. Compared to other erectile dysfunction medications, tadalafil is active in the system for longer, lasting up to 36 hours.

The “Sex Peptide”
PT-141, or Bremelanotide, is a peptide that can treat both men and women. In men, PT-141 peptide therapy can boost arousal and treat ED and premature ejaculation. For women, PT-141 is sometimes referred to as “female Viagra” as it is an effective alternative to Cialis and Viagra.
The “Love Hormone”
Oxytocin is a peptide hormone that is secreted by the posterior pituitary. It is often known as the “love” hormone because it is released when one engages in any sort of physical or sexual contact. The release of oxytocin during sexual intercourse allows the couple to relax and have a stronger bond.
Frequently asked questions
Sexual wellness is an umbrella term that refers to the physical, emotional, psychological, and relational well-being of one’s sexual life.
Sexual dysfunction is any problem that prevents a person or couple from experiencing satisfaction from sexual activity. Some 43% of women and 31% of men report some degree of sexual dysfunction.
Types of sexual dysfunction include:
- Desire disorders: lack of sexual desire or interest in sex.
- Arousal disorders: inability to become physically aroused or excited during sexual activity.
- Orgasm disorders: delay or absence of orgasm (climax).
- Pain disorders: pain during intercourse.
Sexual dysfunction affects men and women of any age. However, it’s more common in those over 40 because it’s often related to a decline in health associated with aging.
The symptoms of sexual dysfunction in men include:
- Inability to achieve or maintain an erection (hard penis) suitable for intercourse (erectile dysfunction).
- Absent or delayed ejaculation despite enough sexual stimulation (retarded ejaculation).
- Inability to control the timing of ejaculation (early, or premature, ejaculation).
Symptoms of sexual dysfunction in women include:
- Inability to achieve orgasm.
- Inadequate vaginal lubrication before and during intercourse.
- Inability to relax the vaginal muscles enough to allow intercourse.
Symptoms of sexual dysfunction in men and women include:
- Lack of interest in or desire for sex.
- Inability to become aroused.
- Pain with intercourse.
Sexual dysfunction can be caused by:
- heart and vascular (blood vessel) disease
- neurological disorders
- hormonal imbalances
- chronic diseases such as kidney or liver failure, and alcoholism and drug abuse.
In addition, the side effects of some medications, including some antidepressant drugs, can affect sexual function.
Psychological causes of sexual dysfunction include:
- work-related stress and anxiety
- concern about sexual performance
- marital or relationship problems
- feelings of guilt
- concerns about body image
- the effects of a past sexual trauma.
It depends on the underlying cause of the problem. The outlook is good if the cause for sexual dysfunction is related to a condition that can be treated or reversed.
