What is a Regen Facial treatment?
The Regen Facial™ treatment is designed to revive and smooth skin, adding a youthful glow to your complexion. This treatment takes advantage of the healing properties of plasma extracted from your own blood. After being extracted, the plasma is used to rejuvenate the skin for a younger-looking appearance. This process is further bolstered by the inclusion of microneedling.
What does the treatment address?
The plasma and microneedling combination make this treatment effective in stimulating your skin’s natural healing abilities. The Regen Facial treatment can smooth out fine lines and wrinkles, soften skin texture, and stimulate your skin’s natural ability to improve itself. If you struggle with acne scarring, chickenpox, or other skin traumas, this treatment can restore your youthful, rosy glow.
How does this treatment work?
During your treatment, we will begin by drawing a small amount of blood and putting it in a centrifuge to isolate the plasma and growth factors. Next, we will use a micro-needling device to create multiple micro-punctures in your skin. The micro-punctures drive the isolated growth factors into the skin, which creates a stimulus for tightening and rejuvenation. Finally, we will paint the remaining growth factors onto the micro-punctures, allowing the healing goodness to soak into the tissue for further stimulation.
What results can I expect from my Regen Facial™?
As a result of the Regen Facial™, the skin tightens, scarring improves, and your complexion glows with improved color. Some of these results can be seen immediately after your visit and will reach their peak in about 2-3 weeks’ time. Unfortunately, these results aren’t permanent and will typically last for one year to about 18 months.
